Triple Bay is a fully integrated wellness, sports and entertainment community that reflects our ambition to create the unthinkable. Alongside opportunities for guests to experience wellness, diving, yachting, and other recreational activities, the Red Sea Marine Life Institute is a dedicated research and education centre designed to conserve and enhance the local ecosystem.

Upon completion Amaala will offer one of the world’s most exclusive luxury wellness & sports retreats that sets new global standards against the backdrop of mountains and sparkling seas. Guests will be able to enjoy a wide range of recreational activities, gain access to a sports performance academy, a world-class yacht club at Triple Bay, and active sports club facilities including equestrian, polo, camel racing, falconry, golf, and tennis.

With Amaala, we are spearheading a new model of development, with responsibility and regeneration at its core. To do this, we are investing in people and the planet like never before. Amaala will operate with a zero-carbon footprint, be powered by renewable energy with no connection to the national grid, and contribute to zero waste to landfill. Only 5% of the destination area will be developed. We are also creating the state-of-the-art Red Sea Marine Life Institute. Combining multidimensional guest experiences with conservation-driven research, the first-of-its-kind facility will drive global green and blue innovations, and become the beating heart of our ambitions to protect and enhance the thriving Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia.

Development Progress
AMAALA's first development phase
AMAALA’s first phase of development, Triple Bay, is set for completion in 2024 and will consist of six hotels and over 1,000 hotel keys. When fully complete in 2027, it will offer approximately 3,000 hotel rooms in around 25 hotels as well as 200 high-end retail establishments, fine dining, wellness, and recreational facilities, set across three unique communities.
